Welcome to Crystal Clear Cleaning Texas Inc. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Renewal:

All memberships renew automatically one month from the purchase date.

Service Inclusion:

Each membership includes one cleaning specialist and all necessary supplies for the contracted services.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations within 48 hours of the service date will not be refunded but will be credited for future services.

Refunds:

Refunds are not issued for memberships. Upon cancellation, you will no longer be charged for our services. Merchandise refunds are accepted within seven days of receiving the item. Customer is responsible for the return label and costs. Please allow up to seven days for processing the refund.

Liability:

By using our services, you waive any liability for events not covered by our liability insurance. Crystal Clear Cleaning Texas Inc. and its subsidiaries are not liable for such events. These terms apply to all clients of Crystal Clear Cleaning Texas Inc. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms. For any questions, please contact our support team.
