What are Crystal Credits?
Crystal Credits are our way of booking cleaning time based on your home’s square footage, ensuring you receive the right amount of cleaning time tailored to your specific needs.

What are Turnover Tokens?
Turnover Tokens are exclusively for our Airbnb Turnover Service, designed to quickly and efficiently prepare rental spaces for new guests.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?
No! We offer flexible, no-contract memberships with no hidden fees. You can cancel your membership at any time.

How many cleaners come with each service?
Memberships include one efficient cleaner, while our routine and single cleanings come with two cleaners to get the job done even faster.

Are cleaning products included?
Yes, all cleaning supplies are included! We partner with Flow Cheer (flowcheer.life) to provide eco-friendly, high-quality cleaning products for every service.

What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re unhappy with a cleaning, please email us at Concierge@CrystalClearTexas.com, and we’ll make it right.

When are you available for bookings?
We are available daily from 8 am–5 pm and will accommodate your cleaning needs during these hours. Reach out anytime to schedule!
